The Summer Reset – A Glow Up Journey begins

Can you believe we’re already heading into summer? The first half of the year seems to have disappeared in a blur of nursery runs, work, hormones, and, let’s be real—life!

Back in January, I made a quiet promise to myself: this would be the year I’d prioritise my health, glow up, and feel amazing by summer. But if I’m being totally honest, that intention quickly got buried under illness, stress, and the never-ending juggle of being a working mum.

Right now? I’m feeling more frazzled than fabulous.
But here’s the good news—there’s still time.
And I have a very magical reason to reset…

Why I’m Hitting Refresh

This August, my family and I are heading to Disney World! And I don’t just want to look good for the photos—I want to feel good. I want the energy to explore the parks without burning out. I want to feel strong, confident, and calm when I meet the big cheese himself (yes, I’m talking about Mickey Mouse).

So, I’m officially kicking off my Summer Glow-Up Journey on Monday, 2nd June.
No dramatic overhauls. No all-or-nothing mentality. Just small, consistent changes to feel more like me again.

Here’s What My Glow-Up Will Focus On:

  • Moving my body in ways I enjoy (hello 30-minute morning workouts)
  • Drinking more water and fuelling with food that supports my energy
  • Prioritising sleep (not scrolling!)
  • Finding small moments of self-care in the everyday chaos
  • Reconnecting with confidence from the inside out

This glow-up isn’t just about how I look—it’s about how I feel. It’s about reclaiming my energy, creating space to breathe, and giving myself permission to shine.

Join Me!

If you’ve also been feeling a bit lost in the shuffle of life and want to hit the reset button, I’d love for you to come along on this journey. I’ll be sharing real-life updates, simple tips, and printable tools to help us stay on track (hello, Glow-Up Tracker!).

Whether you’re planning your own summer trip, juggling work and family, or just want to feel more like yourself again, we can do this—together.

Let’s make this the summer we show up for ourselves.
Let’s glow-up—not for anyone else—but for us.

Stay tuned,
